    This program is available for study in 2 stages over 9 months giving learners the flexibility they need to master the complexities in the field human resource.

    Stage 1: Mandatory Units

    This stage is delivered by SNATIKA. The programme involves delivery through online Learning Management System (LMS). On completion of SNATIKA Certificate program, learners are eligible for Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource from OTHM,UK and Certificate in Master Program Human Resource from SNATIKA.

    This stage can be completed in one academic term of 24-26 weeks

     

    Stage 2: MA Degree from University of Chichester,UK

    Delivered by University through London Graduate School.

    Upon completion of Stage 1, learners can Progress to the Masters’ in Human Resource from University of Chichester, UK. Stage 2 is also delivered via online learning management system (LMS) by faculties from London Graduate School. On Completion of Stage 2 Learners will be awarded MA Degree from University of Chichester.

    Module

    Consultancy Project Report:

    • This stage consists of a single module ‘Consultancy Project Report’. The module is designed to make a major contribution to learners professional and intellectual development, by enabling them to demonstrate their capacity for sustained independent thought, learning and critical reflection.

     

    ‘Consultancy Project Report’ should be of 12,000 words and will be assessed by UK based academic team using virtual learning platform and direct support from the allocated supervisor. 

    The ‘Consultancy Project’ module is to be completed in one academic term of 12- 15 weeks.

    Comprehensive study material is in the form of eBooks, PowerPoint presentations and quizzes will be available for the learners on the SNATIKA Learning Management Portal.

    The Master’s Program in Human Resource is INR 3,50,000 /-.

    You can pay by credit card, debit card or net banking from all leading banks. You need to pay Rs 20,000 asan provisional admission fees at the time of submission of your application. On confirmation of admission, you need to pay the balance amount online.

    We also offer *interest free EMI loan options for learners.

    Upon successful completion of the program, Leaners get the following 3 certificates:

    • Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource from OTHM, UK

    • Masters Certificate in Human Resource from SNATIKA

    OTHM is an UK based Awarding Organisation regulated by Ofqual (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation) and recognised by Qualifications Wales.

    SNATIKA Master’s program is developed for professionals who have learnt most of their domain by being in the industry and now would like to have an International Academic qualification to help in advancing their career.

    SNATIKA programs are developed exclusively for professionals from the same industry or domain. So ifyou aren’t from this field then you shouldn’t apply as the same won’t be accepted by SNATIKA

    INR 15,000 of the initial INR 20,000 would be refunded by retaining INR 5,000 paid provided the refund is initiated within 5 days of admission application and before admission being accepted by SNATIKA. INR 5000 is retained as an administrative cost. No refunds are applicable for any amount post the initial 5 days.In the event SNATIKA doesn’t accept your application forwhatsoever reason then the entire INR 20,000 paid is refunded.

    Your admission isn’t guaranteed till such time you get an admission confirmation email from SNATIKA. Kindly refer admission process chart.

    Admission Application Completed Status means you have fully completed the application with all the necessary documents uploaded. SNATIKA at its discretion would connect with you in case of any clarifications or for any more documents required before admission confirmation is done.

    Admission Confirmation Status means you are admitted to the program.

    Your admission gets terminated automatically and we will refund INR 15,000. This refund would be initiated into the same mode of payment received. You will get credit in your account within 10-14 working days. INR 5,000is retained as an administrative expense.

    You will not be eligible to get any refund post getting your admission confirmation and loan getting approved/disbursed.
